After nearly two decades as an operator, I didn't need a market study to tell me what was broken in this industry. I lived it — the unvetted operators, the ghost drivers and ghost vehicles, the suspended airport permits nobody caught until it was too late, the settlement delays that strained every relationship between operators who were supposed to trust each other. These weren't edge cases. They were the daily cost of doing business in an industry that had never built real infrastructure to prevent them.

Every "luxury" claim in this industry rests on trust — trust that the driver is verified, the vehicle is compliant, the permit is current, and the money moves the way it's supposed to. For years, that trust was assumed instead of proven. GLN Intelligence exists to prove it.

I spent years repositioning hotel properties at Joie de Vivre — taking something with unrealized potential and rebuilding its market position around a real, provable standard. GLN Intelligence and Global Limousine Network are that same discipline, applied at an industry level.

This isn't the first time I've built something like this. Starting in 2008, I formed an alliance of Los Angeles-area operators — pooling vehicles and resources to win corporate accounts none of us could win alone, since most of them had no dedicated sales team of their own. That alliance grew into a US and international network over the following decade. Two of those original partners are still thriving today, and we still work together. Global Limousine Network is that same model, built as real infrastructure instead of a handshake agreement.
